Laser Marking System LM450 series
LM450 series is a fully automatic laser marking machine for marking 1D code, QR code, text, symbol or graphic on the surface of PCB. It consists of laser marking system, XY precision motion platform, CCD visual system for PCB positioning, conveyor with automatic width adjustment and camera online barcode reading system. CO2 laser system/UV laser/Fiber laser is selectable for different application.

1. Laser Marking System LM450 series with compact size, can be easliy intergrated into production line help you realize automation. |

2. LM450 series can mount virous high quality laser head for different application, such as USA SYNRAD CO2 laser head, INNO UV /Green laser head, Raycus fiber laser head. |

3. Capable to print 1D barcode, 2D Data matrix barcode, 2D QR code etc. |

4. X/Y axis adopt servo motor control system with high precison ball screw and linear guide rail which ensures high accuracy of motion system. |
|
5. CCD +fiducial recognition system automatically correct the offset of PCB position. |
|
6. Standard equipped with fume extrator ensures a clean environment. |
|
7. CCD barcode reader check the printed barcode to avoid defective barcode printed going to next process. |
|
8. Optional built in PCB flipping system realize automatic PCB flipping and double side marking. |
|
9. LM450-C is capable to connect with customer MES system. |
|
10. Industrial PC, full English interface with Windows 7 OS, professional software, easy to operate. |
