● With unique cutting method, the circuit board is cut by A, B, C, three groups of circular blades. The whole cutting process is divided into three stages which can reduce 80% stress compared with the traditional separator and make the separated aluminum plate without deformation after cutting. |

● With the multiple cutting method, cutting process is very smooth and greatly improves the capability of position of V-CUT groove .Even with a shallow slot V-CUT groove,the board would not jump out of blade. |

● Blades adopt SKD11 high speed steel material made in Germany with long service life. |

● All the cutting blades are calibrated by Excitation double-frequency laser interference measurement instrument. Ensure that the latter knife can accurately continue to cut in the slots which already cut by the former knife. The jitter of knife point is less than 0.02mm. Ensure perfect cutting quality. |

● Stainless steel 1.2 or 2.4 meter platform is choosable. |

● The upper and below circular blade can be precisely adjusted.be adjusted. |

● X, Y axis can be adjusted to ensure cutting accuracy. |
